Delta Dental of Oklahoma (DDOK) was awarded a 2017 Beacon Award at an awards luncheon hosted by The Journal Record in Downtown Oklahoma City. DDOK was named the overall winner in the Philanthropic Impact Category for Medium Business for its contribution to the Delta Dental Cavity Prevention Clinic (CPC). Delta Dental of Oklahoma Oral Health Foundation is proud to be a co-producer at the eighth annual Oklahoma Mission of Mercy (OkMOM) at the Woodward County Events Center on February 3 and 4, 2017. Volunteers will transform the space into a fully-functional dental facility offering a variety of services including cleanings, fillings, extractions and anterior root canals at no cost to patients.
Dr. Jeannie Bath, Dental Director at Good Shepherd Ministries OKC, has been telling the story of The Three Little Teeth to students for many years. Now, with the help of her brother, Jameson McGee, the story has been illustrated and published.
